Analysis of Insurance Customer Factors to Renewal Using Hybrid AHP-FTOPSIS

Human life is full of uncertainty that has enormous risks. Insurance a one methods can help humans reduce those needs for insurance causes competition among companies in Indonesia to become very competitive. One factor makes compete have its customers who make renewals. Thesis discusses analysis factors influence renewal using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the ranking customer’s favorite Fuzzy Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS) method. Five criteria been determined with each criterion having subcriteria this study. AHP used calculate weight determine most do renewal. The FTOPSIS best alternative. results these conclude was main influences conducting renewals feature health protection needs.
